Qarag’ay bargini qaynoq suvli bankada 15- 20 daqiqa dimlab, keyin unga yarim stakan toza asal qo’shib eritasiz. Ovqatlanishdan so’ng kuniga 3-4 marta ikki-uch oshqoshiqdan ichib olsangiz, darddan forig’ bo’lasiz.
